Why am I not surprised that she's a fluffy? And why does she admit ignorance so readily and openly? Maybe it's just me, but I always thought ignorance, especially of a personal sort such as religion, was shameful. If I didn't know something central to my mythos, I'd pick up a book or find an elder to ask. But then, the willfully ignorant in a religion populated mostly by recons get smacked down quickly.

Tonight is the longest night of the year; Winter Solstice. Every culture that I am aware of has some sort of holiday around this time of year.

This may be true, but not every culture celebrates winter this time of year. Plz to not be forgetting half of the world.
