Oh, yeah, that's SpacePope!Lobo. That's from the 52 weekly series done by DC over the last year. The only storyline worth reading in the entire thing was the arc involving Adam Strange, Starfire, and Animal Man getting lost in SPAAAAAAAAACE after the Infinite Crisis event, and bumping into Lobo, who had found religion (while still gutting people, of course). He and his space dolphins rescued them, and MUCH HILARITY ensued over the next five or six issues. I posted some scans from this storyline on scans_daily; if you search under the comm tags for the Lobo tag, you'll find it in short order. Seriously, it's side splittingly funny.
