I think what drives me mad is the absolute lack of respect showing up like this shows her fans. They have shelled out good cash to buy her damn book; she could at least attempt to look like she gave half a crap for their efforts. I know she likes to drive home the idea that she is a normal person like you or me, but there is a huge divide between business casual (because, yes, Laurell, what you do IS a business!) and lazy sunday morning casual.
