you ever read the anita blake wikipedia and get sad because so, so many elements are so, so awesome and lkh has FUCKED them up?


Sigh. Someone should write some kick ass stories with Edward. I wish he had a whole series devoted to him...but not written by lkh.

You know a series has gone down as far as it's gonna go when the fanfic is better than the original.

And coming from me, that's saying something, because in general I detest fanfic.

The thing that drives me crazy about this series (besides the bad prose) is that LKH doesn't have a clue what she's writing. Anita has basically evolved into the Godfather of the preternatural community and SHE DOESN'T REALIZE IT. I mean how great would this series be if she just admitted that Anita was a mobster.
