Assuming it's from Anita's point of view, Merry will explain the situation vis-a-vis getting pregnant and Anita will a) make a judgemental comment about never wanting kids and b) say "I don't understand" so someone can explain it to her slowly while she waxes lyrical about the colour of Frost's hair. Then someone will make a snarky comment about "at least Merry's men chose to be with her" and then Anita will cry and Micah will defend her in his own particular pathetic way.

Then we'll get it from Merry's point of view and she'll be all Higher Moral Ground about how she Totally Doesn't Care about Anita's hisem, because she's of the Unseelie Court and that makes her totally chillaxed about sex, except for The Lesbian.
