True, though the language she used in that particular chapter was pretty sloppy and awkward. There were instances where she used the term properly, but overall it was kinda messy, if you know what I mean. I could be wrong though, but the way she specified St. Louis as a no-serial-killing zone just didn't sound correct to me.
