I live in Maryland now, and no one up here can do baked apples like they can in NC. Whenever we go visit my mother and grandfather, I try to eat them every chance I get. And the crazy thing is, we eat out every meal down there, because they doesn't cook any more, yet every restaurant we go to the apples are just divine. I must have missed the day they taught everyone to cook, because I just can't do it. ;)

I'd say that Laurell needs to go there and eat, but I don't want her tainting it. Bad enough that she set BN in my state, I don't need her messing up my food too. ;)
