The metal box is mentioned as a torture. Narcissus was kidnapped with other alphas so Chimera could dominate them.

Her grammar makes it difficult to be 100% but Anita says that "I'm not sure Narcissus should be breeding, especially knowing who the father is, but it's not my choice."
