Is this true?
For those who have bravely read "Bullet" - is it true that JC and Asher have finally been allowed to sleep with each other, and that Micah and Nathaniel have suddenly become lovers out of the blue? I came across these rather astonishing claims on the Amazon forums. It seems bizarre that LKH has done a complete 180 on Anita's refusal to allow "her" men to sleep with other people and got characters getting together all of a sudden who never even had interest in each other previously. In one of the earlier books, maybe Harlequin, it was suggested that Asher had interest in Nathaniel, but Micah? I know he does whatever Anita wants, but what?

I would love to know whether this is true or not. It would certainly improve the Merry Gentry series too, imho. ;) But then I'm biased like that.

And Micah and Nathaniel haven't had "intercourse", per Anita's definition, but we are given a bluntly TMI statement by Micah that he knows firsthand that Nathaniel has no gag reflex. And Anita knows this because she watches them.

The other part that sticks in my brain and won't come out is later during one of the orgy scenes, Anita's watching Jean-Claude with one of the other women and she thinks that yes, she'd love to see the men do that with other men. Wow, really? Surely Asher and JC are facepalming because they could have demonstrated this eight books ago.

Comment contains spoilers. Read at own risk. 8D~
As for Micah and Nathaniel...they aren't necessarily lovers per se. They're just comfortable enough to kiss in public and for Nathaniel and Blake to take turns going down on Micah.
And, (highlight for spoiler if you dare)
I wouldn't recommend reading the book if you can avoid it. It's just a whole mess of random crap put together to get from cover to cover with so much sex it's ridiculous. I'm glad I only wasted a night reading this.
Also, your icon = ♥. :D

On the other hand:
-The term de jour was "creamy goodness" (*wretch* once was enough lady.
-The repetition was repetitious.
-Richard's brain was replaced with a brain slug Futurama-style. I'm been in therapy and I'm getting my doctorate in Psychology, that much change doesn't happen in just a year.
-Who the fuck is Nicky? Am I being punished for not wanting to spend $30 on one third to one half a book?
-LKH: "Oh yeah! I write mysteries..... I should probably throw that in there somehow.." the mystery plot is, literally 20 pages. Of Anita watching a video. In the new computer room JC had installed. oi.
-I highly doubt parents of little kids in the bible belt would be comfortable with one of the "guest dancers" making out with a dude. I'D be uncomfortable with anyone making out like that in front of my kids and I'm from San Francisco.
I think her books are on the upswing from the pit of porn they became, I really do. Skin Trade was actually going to be the last book I bought/read if she kept with the shitty repetitive porn.Slowly her books are getting better... er, I hope. ^^
