Didn't that happen in the book with the WereSwans? I seem to recall there being something about a threesome in that.
If LKH has a problem with gay/bi men having sex with each other, perhaps she shouldn't write gay/bi male characters having sex. Or anybody having sex. It's obvious she doesn't know how to do it right.
