a) Yes, posting icons (or links to) is fine; there's a category in the Memories for it, in fact, so I archived this post.

b) I believe you're newer, so you may not have heard my rant on this, but... I'm not sure if this is admissable or not... feel free to delete if it isn't is rapidly becoming a pet peeve of mine. It clearly states in the FAQ (under Basic Rules, I believe) that if you aren't sure, ask. I'm not trying to go all scary-mod on you, but for future reference... check the FAQ and if you still aren't sure, ask. Thanks =)
