They are a report of TRUTH - this is correct, to an extent. You have to admit, there are times when some people just go a bit overboard in their snark. They get annoyed or overly floggish and they go above and beyond and start insinuating things that aren't true. If we want our credibility to be...credible (lol), we need to be real about our complaints and say, "yes, sometimes we use exaggeration to try and get across how upset we are that our former fandom has apparently imploded into a tight, wet ball of annoyance.
