It is unfortunate that LKH's grandmother did not know how to cook. I wonder if it occurs to LKH that her grandmother may not have had the interest or ability to cook well. To generalize this lack in her grandmother to all southern cooks is yet another example of this woman's bottomless well of ignorance.
