I think DANSE MACABRE, or events in the book, made Richard have to look more realistically at what he can expect between himself and Anita.

What? Sex? I'm not sure this will come as a surprise.

What!? Richard has to look at something realistically, isn't that the plot of the last three books? Richard and Anita fight, Richard has break-down, makes heart-felt confession to Anita, Anita explains things to him (she's an amateur psychologist) and Richard coming to an understanding. Which he must learn all over again the following book. He's like a dog that's too stupid to remember basic commands.

Or like a pinata that LKH consistently beats in lieu of actually dealing with her emotional issues. Poor Richard.

So if Richard is her ex-husband, what's that make Micah, Jon? And is he really the president of her fan club?

He indeed was the president of the fan club...and he is indeed the real live Micah. Scary, no?

~shudders~ God, yes, no wonder I like Jean-Claude better. Other then the fact that he is knock me down and fuck me sexy. Anyway, am I the only one who thinks it's kinda sad and pathetic that she married the president of her fan club? I'm sure he's a nice guy and all, but that just kinda screams, "What you couldn't find someone else?"

I would not be surprised if either guy was just normal sized or smallish, and all this crap about how big the characters are, is because LKH likes as big as possible, and bitches because neither of them fit the bill.
