Apart from that, having several men at once, without express permission of every guy involved is whoring. Anita so doesn't wait long enough to attain those.

There are no real men that don't want Anita (in canon), only married ones, jealous ones and the ones she has sex with.

Not only are all guys (and most females) in the universe she created for Anita Blake either in love/lust with her or jealous, no everyone just has to accept her way of life.
Anita(LKH) is still shown as the epitome of grrl powah, but lets face it, nothing that Anita does is in the realm of possibilities, honourable or furthering the standing of woman. Having more guys at once than any other woman in the universe is not a big step in the movement of grrl powah, actually it is more like a big step back.
And then there is the fact that nothing but Anita can be beautifull, blond women are the evil and have to have some defects and no one can get any attention but Anita.
Laurellita look out, see the real world, guys do not all want the same type of woman/girl, they have different ideals or else the world would be a boring place.
