The warrent issue's been bugging me from the start. First, they have to get the warrant -- okay, I get that. See multiple vampire deaths. But then they have to get a NAME on the warrant? How in the hell do they do that? The cops go and investigate and they figure out, "oh it was Lestat de Dracula down on East 53rd?" as opposed to Lestat de Dracula from uptown. But once you have a NAME on the warrant, you can do whatever the hell you like in the killinating just so long as it's the right vampire -- and we have no way of knowing that, because hey, oops, that vampire coulda been innocent and it was some other guy that was doing it or...
There's that whole issue of, "we trust you'll get the right guy" that just gets under my skin because Anita ain't that smart. She's obscenely lucky and a Sue so naturally, she's never wrong. But my little finger can figure out a way to royally fuck her over on all this and ye gods that's where deathfic becomes theraputic.
