IAWTC. Having worked for government contractors, and held a clearance, I can tell you that they were strict before 9/11. After, by God you had to be saint to get a clearance. Since all of this exists in before 9/11 timeframe, Olaf would still not be working for the government. Back when I was waiting for my clearance, they kicked a guy out for having a foot fetish and stalking one of the girls in the waiting area. If they kick him out, they'd kick Olaf out.
(please note, I'm sure it was more for stalking and stuff like that then the fact that he really liked feet)
