because heaven forbid someone buy a book out of genuine interest, discover it's crap, and actually voice their displeasure, or actually have been a fan and now just want to voice how disappointed they are that a decent series is now crap due to this turn or that one. *rolls eyes* It does not surprise me that that woman has her head just as much up her own ass as LKH.
