Ah, that first one can get tricky if you put your characters in a really tough spot, but I agree with you. The second one is definitely something Anita abuses to no end. She gets away with everything. She does all kinds of crazy stuff but somehow never has to spend time in a jail cell or in a court room or on a psychiatrist's couch. She needs at least two out of those three, imo. Not to mention her One Hour Work Week that she gets paid a gazillion dollars for despite arguing with all her clients on a regular basis.
