Yes! Don't know how I forgot it, since one of my AB OCs is a tiger who traces his infection to that area (though he does give lip service to canon by saying that weretigers from China could easily have wound up there when they fled from their home country). I don't know if Russia has any weretiger *legends* like those other countries do, though? I wouldn't be surprised if they did, just I don't know of them. (Not that they need them for it to work, it just helps with the justification in my opinion)
