This may be unkind of me, but (based upon knowing LKH-ish people) I'd guess she's about average on perceiving time, but she never thinks to CHECK. Most people, if they're uncertain about a timeline, hedge what they're saying or go to check. LKH just proudly blurts out whatever she thinks she remembers as the gospel truth, then never, ever goes back to check.
Narcissistic ego-bloating can drastically reduce people's apparent intelligence. In someone who hypothetically got everything right the first time around (~90% gold~), it might not, but for the rest of humanity...
