*Specially if she wants to wisecrack at the TSA/security people as she's doing it, like that blog where she made a "joke" about how a plane deserves to be hijacked if it can be done with nailclippers. That would go down like a lead balloon.
Right? Also Google is a thing! I know I did a lot of looking up travel warnings and checking my luggage to make sure that I wasn't bringing in anything that would get me fined if I didn't declare them or I can't take them out of the country where I bought them. Though I can totally believe that LKH is someone who doesn't check on travel warnings or even the basics of what country she's visiting so of course it's going to be a massive culture shock to be in Dublin and find out that the police are unarmed and people are really laid back. On the flipside, apparently Ireland is one of the safest countries to visit and so they get a lot of American tourists. I'm pretty sure the Irish could handle LKH even at her most ridiculous.
I kinda wish I found the Viking Museum when I was there just in case LKH uses anything from it in this book.
