Okay, I won't put this behind a cut since it's so short. I've never done a blog flog before, and this one is going to be damned brief, but I just can't help myself here :

"Today is the day. A plane, cars driven by strangers, a city I don't know. Hope I don't cry on the plane because my very gentle eye make up remover (which I use to fix liner and stuff when I cry) is liquid and will be in checked baggage. Here's to being made of sterner stuff than I feel like I am made of right this second."

Anyone else read that and want to exclaim, "oh, what the HELL?!"? First of all, who the fuck cares, and secondly, her penchant for whining and expecting sympathy for 'problems' of this nature is really beginning to get on my nerves. Jesus, woman, you don't have to put every mundane detail of your life in your blog! Especially when it's supposed to be a writing blog!

Argh. Just had to vent.

Heh, better still, we should ask how the hell "gentle" eye makeup remover manages to *work* on that OMG-soooo-goth shit that she absolutely rings her eyes with. I know that *I* like to go heavy on the eyeliner at times, and no wussy-ass sensitive remover is going to work on it. :P

But you're right, it's hilarious how she goes out of her way to inform us about the gentleness. I think *my* eyes have a serious case of the twitches now, from irritation.
