I also think you hit the fifteen year old bit spot on. That would also explain why Anita gets on her soapbox so often, and why she decided to write MORE sex when some fans wanted her to write less. (I mean, if that doesn't scream "I'm a petty little girl completely driven by hormones, emotions, and my overblown sense of pride", what does?)
