Is bagging a blog okay around here?

Okay, so I am not sure on bagging blogs and advertising others. But if it isn't on the okay list, I won't do it again. But in turn, I do have another blog to have a lash at, and it is up for grabs if anyone wants it, and I am sure that it hasn't been done.
