Jul. 24th, 2005 11:03 amFor some reason, I want to go out and buy all the Anita Blake books... Shred the last few books into itty-bitty pieces and then take them to a book signing...
Empty the shreds on her desk, slap her round the face:
Tell her to grow up, take notice of her fans and fire her toadies.
It would be a waste of money, yes... but the satisfaction of shredding and slapping would outweigh the cost.
And maybe, just maybe, seeing her precious words all over the table (probably making more sense than when they were on book formation) would wake her up a bit.
Say aye if you want to do the same...
A veritable conga-line of shredding and slapping...

That, or not buying her books en masse...

Date: 2005-07-27 06:35 pm (UTC)I agree. Didn't we make a pact a while back that once Danse Macabre comes out, we'd all come together (virtually) and not buy it? I personally can't wait.
How about downloading her book, editing it in its entirity (with added snarkage), and posting it up on some site? I'd read it then! ~_^
i am SO with you!
