I've got Nickelback's SILVER SIDE UP on the head phones.

Now, I know Nickelback is not the bestest band on the planet, and if Chad Kroeger's ego gets any bigger his head will almost certainly explode (which I would pay to see *g*), but I have to feel some affection for them being as at least half of the band is from my home province of Alberta.

And she is tainting them, just by admitting that she listens to them. *snarls* Isn't it bad enough that I can no longer listen to my beloved Three Days Grace without having terrible mental images of what Anita was doing in LKH's head while the album was playing? Must she ruin Nickelback for me as well??

Aaarrrggghhh!!

At least she's not mentioning more Perfect Circle. I can cling to my like of the Soft!Tool for as long as I can without breaking down completely.

I'm totally amused by her Brothers Grimm thing in the last paragraph.

One quick note. I still don't think THE BROTHER'S GRIM worked,

At least she's consistent with her typos. Still, GRIMM, lady. The name's been around a hell of a lot longer than you.

I'm kinda surprised she's not ranting on about the Marquis de Sade and his works, because...that's kinda more the style of things she kinda wants to be writing. Except, the Marquis could actually spell. And his works have some relevance with today as much as it did way back in the day. And his are readable. And...

Just ignore the whole making fun of the French, which I think could have been taken out entirely, and a little fixing of the script would have gotten us to where we needed to go.

I'm guessing she's not a Terry Gilliam or Monty Python fan.

Is it just me or are her blog posts screaming lj Insightful!WANGST even more and more by the day? That entire second paragraph gives me the creeps, especially:

I am not a Nickelback fan at all.

But I find this amusing since LKH has referred to herself as "goth" on at least one occasion I can recall, and, hello? Nickelback? So not goth. She's a tool. I don't think I've ever called a chick a tool before, but LKH is totally a tool.

Yeesh, wasn't polluting our minds with her wretched wannabe-porn enough? Must she forever taint our *music* as well?! I'm not a *huge* Nickelback fan, but they're all right, and she doesn't need to be sullying Harper's love. :P Belladonna has an *excellent* point, too, so not goth. Shouldn't she be wangsting to the likes of The Last Dance or Evanesence or something?

Let's all just keep her *away* from the JRock. That would give her all kinds of new and frightening costume ideas...and, frankly, she doesn't need any more. :P Can't you just see her trussing Jean-Claude up in something a la Vampaiyaa!Gackt? XD
