that's true about anita; i honestly haven't read anything from hamilton in so long that i wasn't really thinking about how anita's voice always came off. she has always been rather, "I know everything ever. now stfu." Twelve years ago (holy crap) when I started reading, I was young enough that I skated past that, because the stuff going on around her was fun, but reading it now, I just can't ignore it.
