There was a mention on Facebook about publishing some outtakes back in January:
Meeting with editor went well. She doesn't think we need both extra scenes, but one if there's room. Though we are talking maybe publishing one of the out takes in some form, so you guys could actually read it. We'll see, please don't say that I will be publishing an out take; it's only a maybe.
