Date: 2015-08-02 05:46 pm (UTC)I'm not 100% positive what a real Kaaffeklatch is, but the single convention I go to every year has a few of them. If I go by that, they seem to be informal question and answers with an author (or other person of honor) in the morning hours over coffee and pastries. I think it's a bit more British than American, but I can be wrong.
