Yes Anita used to have those powers but from what the last few books have been like it seems that either these powers have left her to make way for her new sex-fu or Anita has just forgotten about them. Either way she didn't really practice with them which makes them much more ineffective than they could be should Anita ever take the time to actually learn about her powers instead of flying off the cuff.
