*puts on the Big Bad Mod Voice of DOOM!*
Hwaet!
Oops. Sorry. Wrong English. *g*

Item #1: Please feel free to use the friend-lock function if you're posting something that you don't want to be publicly visible. To that end, it would be in your best interest to friend the community so you don't miss anything.
Item #2: I'm going to be revamping the bio/rules within the next few weeks. Y'all have proved yourselves to be more thansane competent, so the rules will be loosened. If there's something you think I should add, remove, or amend, please let me know. One thing I'm particularly looking for is the weak-ass brand of "comebacks" the inept defenders use. You know, "you're such a prude!" or "if you don't like it, don't read!" (If someone could get me the Official Darla Version, that would be keen.)
Item #3: Um... keep up the good work? No, really. The discussions here are always good, even if I don't necessarily agree with what's being said. So far, as far as I've seen, everyone's been intelligent, eloquent, polite (more or less *g*), well-informed, and witty. You all rock. When I started this group, I had The Fear that it would be little more than people saying "OMG I hate Micha [sic] so much!!1!" So you can understand how pleased I was to find that I'm clearly in good company.

Date: 2005-05-31 05:28 am (UTC)I'm pretty sure hitting Amazon.com might be a good place for the rabid fangirl defence quotes. Also, probably some in
Oh yes, on a side note, the 1776 musical (http://www.eridine.com/blog/2005_05_01_archive.html#111750709513434248) is back. *facepalm*

Date: 2005-05-31 10:40 am (UTC)Meh, I think most of us can agree that the core problems with these books goes well past Micah...after all, he is a symptom, not the disease. ;) But yes, it IS nice to see intelligent rants and things, as opposed to a stream of "OMG hate" and allsuch. Thank you so very much for having made this community!

And I don't hate Micah. There's not enough character there to hate. In fact, shove a stick up his arse, give him a few licks, and he'll probably count as a nice bit of eye candy.
