You know, Micah really has no excuses for having a huge cock other than he's probably compensating for "Short Man's Syndrome."

- In one of the books, Anita has said as much that Richard can shift his own size anytime he wants. There is no reason that Micah shouldn't be able to do this as well.

I would say that's entirely possible. Reina could shift her face around at well, I see no reason why she couldn't have been able to change the appearance of her gender fairly easily.

Narcissus is a functioning fertile hermaphrodite (which is real world old hyena lore), but I would bet he was either born fully male or fully female before he became a master hyena shifter. Real human hermaphrodites are rare, and most of them are sterile (only very, VERY rarely could they be fertile).
