This is actually a kind of gross thought. It came to me while reading Poppy Z. Brite's Exquisite Corpse. Which, as an aside, is very good until the end. Which sucks.



Okay... so. Jean-Claude can't get an erection before a feeding because of "blood pressure." But corpses get erections randomly, and I doubt they have much blood pressure. Unless, of course, the erections have more to do with rigormortis than blood flow...

Thoughts?

If I recall correctly, post mortem erections are often caused when a male body is lying on it's back and gasses from decomposition fill the spongy tissues which usually fill with blood during a living person's erection.

So...JC would only get "angel lust" if he were rotting. XD

...damn, I need to get a life. I shouldn't know these things. That's what I get for wanting to be an undertaker/mortician...sadly, since it is such a "family" buisness it's hard to get into the industry if you aren't the son or daughter of an undertaker/mortician.

I love Exquisite Corpse, even the ending...although I really felt bad for Tran...
