Blog updates, mes amis
Aug. 16th, 2005 11:58 amLKH has now changed her blog URL.
It's now http://blog.laurellkhamilton.org/ - there'll be a redirect on the old URL (http://www.eridine.com/blog) for a month, or so says Jon in the latest update.
Thus far:
Well, it's the exact same blog, just a new URL. You'd think she'd get rid of that garish cyan font colour against the black background or at least get a new layout that's easier to follow, or...something that doesn't make Baby Jesus cry.
The sidebar with Links To Stuff I Don't Really Give A Damn About has shifted right down to the bottom of the page (or that could just be my browser - but it shouldn't be, because I'm on IE6 at work) along with a brand new xml feed.
Now, as near as I can tell, free LJ users can't create a syndication link - so if there's anyone out there that can create a new one for this blog, I'm sure this community will love you BIGLOTS.
XML URL: http://blog.laurellkhamilton.org/atom.xml
EDIT: A syndication feed -
lkh_blogfeed has been created, courtesy of

I look forward to having my wank delivered to my f-list again.

Date: 2005-08-16 03:22 am (UTC)I'd love cyan a little bit more if, in text form, it didn't make my eyes bleed. I know it could be worse. Cyan against white. Or that retina-burning red against black.

Date: 2005-08-16 03:30 am (UTC)I can see it now, a sleezy underground zombie porn ring/sex slave trade! And of course, Anita would be grossly underestimated due to her girlie petiteness, and big eyes, leading to YET ANOTHER near rape scene by no less than 3 strapping male zombies. Gang rape by zombies... how new and refreshing for a twist. I mean really, there's got to be AT LEAST ONE per novel. Then Anita can be all "Aha! I am TEH MOST POWAH-FULL!" and save the day. Not without, of course, many random and unrelated orgies with all the lycanthropes and vampires she has tethered by leashes to her bedpost.

Date: 2005-08-16 04:19 am (UTC)A zombie apocalypse in the Anitaverse would be interesting, but at the same time incredibly boring. Anita would realise she really *is a zombie queen and they'll all be slaves to her will. Then she can march on the Council and once and for all show them who's boss and TEH POWAHFOOL and leik whoa, stuff.
