Darla & LKH?

Please keep in mind that I know nothing about LKHs private life except that she has a daughter, has been divorced and is now married to Jon.

What is the deal with Darla? Is she living with LKH? [The reason I ask is because she seems to be pretty involved with LKHs private life.]
If anyone could point me towards articles or posts regarding this - or just tell me in the comments - I would be very thankful.
And: Why does LKH need a bodyguard? I know she write bad fiction, but I seriously doubt anyone would order a hit on her for that.

Okay, in the 'shopped pics of "Get into bed w/ LKH!" where she's got her hand on the guy's knee? That's Chuck aka Charles. I know him.

He's ex-army & a cop for like one of the crappy neighborhoods in North St. Louis - either Wellston or Pine Lawn.

Oi, I didn't know he was an LKH groupie too, but somehow, well, I'm not too surprised? Yeah. He's said some things in the past that leave me to wonder if he's of the "open relationship" crowd.

Y'know, I never understood the whole "Open relationship" thing. Always seemed like a recipe for disaster. Of course, I'm a card-carrying prude. :-}

I'm not a prude, but neither am I a fan or have any understanding of the "open relationship" mentality.

But, I guess it takes LKH all types of groupies to "satisfy her needs." *sideways look*

I doubt LKH's relationships are any more "open" than Anita's. Jon probably doesn't dare look sideways at another woman without express permission from his master.
