Niki, you naturally fail to recognise the Genius of this decision. Less page space dedicated to a more organic solution of problems raised earlier in the book means more page space dedicated to superbly realised vampire threesomes.

Short, sweet, hilarious, dialogue-format, can't wait for Darla to find it and think they're being serious.

And the...but...oh lord, I can't even figure out where to begin with this! Except that I remember the author's note in CS stating that Jon chose the title, and it always sounded to me like random purple gibberish that was supposed to sound evocative and sensual but really meant absolutely jack shit.

Of course not! Owning a strip club is somewhat... manly and mafia-like. Owning a lingerie shop would be kind of... gay (we wouldn't want people suspecting that Jean-Claude was anything other than 100% heterossexual, Asher aside). See, you have to think like Laurita, if you want to make sense of all the ridiculous in her books. :p
