Editing in a break

I know there are rules for not posting a huge entry without a break. Well I'm done and my knowledge of code is really limited. Can someone tell me how to but in the break so I don't put 4 pages of Q&A summary on the main page?

There should be a button in the Rich Text mode of the create-a-post screen. Like some lines of text followed by a jagged line. Hitting that will automatically insert a break wherever you want it.

Alternately, the HTML is just lj-cut in brackets.
